Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy To secure your booking and guarantee your desired date, a non-refundable deposit is required. The details of our deposit policy are outlined below: Deposit Amount: $500- 50% of your package Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Any changes to the order or date must be discussed at least 10 days before the scheduled event. Please contact us if you have any questions about our deposit policy.
